Fremont Hotel and Casino to Debut All-New Food Hall this December

11/17/2022

LAS VEGASFremont Hotel and Casino will open its all-new Food Hall this December, bringing six national, regional and local casual dining brands together in a new dining destination in downtown Las Vegas.

Scheduled to debut in mid-December -- with a grand opening scheduled for January 12 -- the 13,150-square-foot space will be home to Steak ‘n Shake, Huey Magoo’s, Roli Roti, CRAFTkitchen, Tomo Noodles and DUNKIN’®.

“With so much to see and do, downtown Las Vegas visitors are looking for quick dining options, and the Fremont Food Hall will be perfectly positioned to meet this demand,” said Steve Thompson, Executive Vice President of Operations for Boyd Gaming’s Nevada region. “At Fremont Food Hall, you won’t have to choose between quality and convenience – with six compelling brands under one roof, downtown visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of delicious local, regional and national dining experiences without a long wait.”

A culinary favorite in the San Francisco Bay area, Roli Roti was America’s first gourmet rotisserie food truck founded in Berkeley, California by third-generation Swiss butcher Thomas Odermatt. Odermatt’s family secrets of succulent, tender rotisserie made with wholesome, locally sourced ingredients and free-range, non-GMO and antibiotic-free chicken from trusted family farms, will soon be available at the Fremont Food Hall and is the first location in Las Vegas. In addition to rotisserie-cooked chickens served half or whole, items like spit-roasted Kurobuta porchetta sandwiches (served with onion marmalade and organic arugula), rotisserie chicken sandwiches (on fresh Ciabatta rolls), and fingerling potatoes and brussels sprouts (cooked and browned in the rendered drippings of the meats and seasoned with rosemary sea salt) will be served.

With its second location in the Las Vegas Valley, CRAFTkitchen will serve up expansive breakfast, brunch and lunch menus complete with vegan and gluten-free options, all made with locally sourced, non-GMO and wholesome ingredients. In addition to dishes like the Churro Style Waffles, K.F.C. Korean Fried Chicken Sammy and Crispy Avocado Tacos, CRAFTKitchen is known for its locally roasted, ground fresh-for-your-cup of coffee and house-made breakfast pastries and treats, which change daily. CRAFTkitchen was founded in Henderson in 2015 by award-winning Chef Jaret Blinn.

Tomo Noodles will bring bold Asian-inspired dishes to the Fremont Food Hall. Tomo Noodles features everything from classic Tonkotsu and shoyu chicken ramens, Hawaiian style wonton mien, fried saimin, ahi poke nachos, the popular Tomo fries, and crispy wontons. The spot will also be featuring boba teas, milk teas and slushes.

Founded in 1934 in Normal, Illinois, Steak ‘n Shake will serve its well-known and delectable Steakburgers, yummy milkshakes and fries. This includes mouthwatering classics such as the Western BBQ ‘n Bacon Steakburger and Frisco Melt to specialties like the Butter Double Steakburger. The milkshakes, made with real milk and fresh ingredients, are topped with whipped cream and a cherry. Flavors include everything from chocolate to banana, in addition to specialty shakes such as Oreo® Cookie, Birthday Cake, Kit Kat® and more.

The location at Fremont Food Hall will be Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders first restaurant in Las Vegas (and the western United States) under franchisee Boyd Gaming.  Founded in 2004 in Orlando, Florida by Matt Armstrong and Thad Hudgens, Huey Magoo’s offers everything from signature grilled, hand-breaded or “sauced” premium chicken tenders, farm fresh salads, sandwiches and wraps, homemade and specialty dips, crinkle-cut fries and fresh-cut chips.  Huey Magoo’s – the “Filet Mignon Of Chicken®” – prides itself on serving real tenders made from the tenderloin (the best 3% of the chicken), with no antibiotics ever, no hormones, no steroids and no preservatives.  Huey Magoo’s presently operates 36 restaurants in eight states with another 200 locations sold.

DUNKIN’® is the world’s leading baked goods and coffee chain, offering more than 50 varieties of donuts and dozens of premium beverages, bagels, breakfast sandwiches and other baked goods. In 1950, Bill Rosenberg opened the first DUNKIN’ shop in Quincy, Massachusetts. There are now more than 8,500 DUNKIN’ restaurants in 41 states across the U.S.
