EAST PEORIA, Ill. ‒ With Halloween looming, it was a scream of delight that alerted the Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino team and guests of an occurrence on the casino floor when a lucky guest became $102,812 richer on Oct. 17.
The jackpot winner was playing Light & Wonder’s Blazing 777s™ Progressive Jackpot for nearly two hours with $5 side bets to qualify for the big payout when three “7s” in the same suit aligned.
After the shock of the big win wore off, the Illinois resident and longtime Par-A-Dice guest laughed and said she loved being a “winner” and talked about buying a new car.
