Boyd Gaming Dining Destinations to Serve Up a Festive Lineup of Delectable Specials this Holiday Season

LAS VEGAS Boyd Gaming properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley are offering merry and memorable dining experiences, featuring seasonal flavors and traditional holiday favorites in December followed by exceptional options to kick off the New Year.

Reservations are strongly recommended at select restaurants. Menus, prices and times are subject to change. Highlighted Holiday Menus and Specials:

MRKT Sea & Land at Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa will offer delectable holiday specials for $45 per person Saturday, December 24 through Sunday, December 25 from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Guests can choose between a Dover Sole Meuniere served with brown butter, parsley and lemon or beef Wellington consisting of a filet mignon, mushroom duxelles, puff pastry and a rich black truffle sauce. Bistro 57 at Aliante is serving up a four-course, Italian-inspired holiday special December 24 and 25 from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $49 per person. As the starter, guests can enjoy the fresh caprese toast points followed by a choice of Tuscan bean soup or an Italian mixed green salad with prosciutto served with a lemon Dijon vinaigrette. The third course features a fresh Maine lobster served in a delectable cream sauce over bucatini pasta. A cannoli with fresh berries will be served for dessert.

Aliante’s FARM will serve a delicious holiday special on December 25 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $24.99 per person. The special includes a choice of soup or salad followed by prime rib served with mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans. The special also includes a chocolate mousse cake for dessert.

Alder & Birch at The Orleans Hotel and Casino will serve a decadent, four-course holiday special on December 25 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $70 per person. Guests can choose between crab cakes with sauce americana and chive crème fraiche or a classic Caesar salad to start. For the main entrée, diners can enjoy the Mixed Grill Trio consisting of steak Diane with mushrooms and a creamy brandy sauce; a lamb lollipop with roasted garlic jus and shrimp scampi sauteed in roasted garlic, or the beef filet Oscar with a seven-ounce filet mignon, jumbo lump crab, demi glaze haricot verts, Parisienne carrots and Hollandaise sauce. Bailiwick All American Pub + Eatery at The Orleans will offer a tantalizing three-course holiday special on December 25 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $50 per person. As a starter, diners can choose from an iceberg wedge salad on crumbled blue cheese dressing with applewood smoked bacon, scallions, vine-ripened tomatoes, balsamic syrup and topped with crispy fried onions. Diners can also choose the butternut squash soup. The main course features beef wellington, a classic center-cut beef tenderloin topped with mushroom duxelles and pâté, and baked in puff pastry. The dish is served with Madeira wine sauce, scalloped potatoes and fresh broccolini. To end the meal, diners can enjoy apple strudel served with vanilla gelato and whiskey vanilla sauce.

Big Al’s Oyster Bar at The Orleans will offer a special holiday meal on December 25 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $26 per person. The special includes a choice of house salad, or a cup of Boston or Manhattan clam chowder. Guests can enjoy the lobster ravioli with crabmeat cream sauce and fried leeks followed by a delicious traditional, holiday Yule log cake for dessert.

Also located at The Orleans is Copper Whisk Café, serving a “Land & Sea” holiday special available on December 25 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for $21.99 per person. Guests can begin their meal with the choice of tortellini and spinach Christmas soup or a house salad. For the main entrée, guests will enjoy the featured “Land & Sea” dish that includes a flat iron steak and seafood Newburg served with croquette potatoes and chef’s fresh seasonal vegetables. The special also includes a slice of traditional, holiday Yule log cake for dessert.

On December 25, Cornerstone at Gold Coast Hotel and Casino will offer several delectable options on its holiday menu from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. For starters, guests can choose from a roasted tomato cream soup or house salad. As the main entrée, guests can choose the traditional roasted tom turkey dinner for $43 served with sage dressing, candied yams, giblet gravy, green bean almondine and house-made cranberry sauce. Diners can also choose the crab-stuffed sole almondine for $41 served with lump crab, leeks, bell peppers, toasted almonds, and lemon buttercream sauce. Guests can end their meal with a marble cheesecake with seasonal fruit compote and fresh-made whipped cream. Reservations are recommended. Suncoast Hotel and Casino’s fine dining destination, SC Prime Steakhouse & Bar, will offer a special three-course, à la carte holiday menu on December 25 from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. The menu includes spinach and tortellini soup with chicken broth, spinach, vegetables and parmesan cheese, as the starter for $10. The main entrée features a 16-ounce grass-fed ribeye steak served with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus for $68. For dessert, guests can enjoy a chocolate truffle cake with raspberry liqueur and fresh berries for $12. SC Prime will also serve its regular menu. Reservations are strongly encouraged. To ring in the new year, SC Prime is also offering a New Year’s special on Saturday, December 31 for $52 per person. The main entrée includes a pan-seared Alaskan halibut with lemon dill sauce on a bed of asparagus, baby carrots and baby spinach. Guests can choose between chocolate cake, cheesecake or the New Year’s Eve special for dessert. SC Prime will also serve a limited menu of the steakhouse’s favorite dishes. 90 NINETY Bar + Grill at Suncoast will be serving up a holiday special on December 25. Guests can enjoy hearty braised short ribs served with mushrooms, red wine reduction alongside mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus for $27.95. 90 NINETY will also serve its regular menu. On December 31, 90 NINETY is offering their New Year’s Eve special for $56 per person. The featured filet Oscar consists of an 8-ounce center cut filet mignon, crab meat, asparagus, Hollandaise sauce served with garlic mashed potatoes. 90 NINETY will also serve its regular menu. Du-par’s Restaurant & Bakery at Suncoast will serve a savory holiday meal for $21.99 per person on December 25. The special features a 10-ounce pork tenderloin with honey and sweet pineapple glaze, garlic-roasted red potatoes and fresh market vegetables. Du-par’s regular menu will also be available.

The Angry Butcher at Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall will serve multiple delicious holiday menu options on December 24 and 25 from 1 p.m. to close for $49 per person. The dining experience will begin with the choice of pan-roasted jumbo crab-stuffed shrimp with red pepper rémoulade or a winter salad with crisp greens, poached pears, sun-dried cranberries, candied walnuts and red wine vinaigrette. For the main entrée, diners can choose between the honey and clove glazed bone-in ham served with scalloped or baked sweet potato, roasted brussels sprouts and buttered carrots; or the oven-roasted prime rib served with scalloped or baked sweet potato, buttered carrots and apple raisin glaze.

On New Year’s Eve (Saturday, December 31), The Angry Butcher will ring in 2022 with three festive, three-course menus from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. The menus are as follows:

  • The Premium Menu is available for $99 per person and includes a glass of premium cabernet or Gambino sparkling prosecco, and the choice of lobster chowder, French onion soup or cleaver salad. The main entrée features a hand-selected tenderloin and a butter-broiled lobster tail served with cavatappi mac and cheese and grilled asparagus. For dessert, guests can enjoy the New York-style eggnog cheesecake with fresh berries, whipped cream, raspberry, and eggnog coulis.
  • The Classic Menu is $89 per person and includes a glass of Gambino sparkling prosecco, and the choice of lobster chowder or cleaver salad. For the main entrée, diners will be served hand-cut New York strip steak with crispy tempura shrimp, butter-whipped mashed potatoes and the Chef’s fresh vegetables. Guests can also enjoy the delectable eggnog crème brûlée.
  • For $79 per person, guests can choose the Traditional Menu, featuring a glass of Gambino sparkling prosecco, and the choice of lobster chowder or the Angry Butcher house salad. The main entrée is hand-carved, Angry Butcher-cut prime rib served with crispy potato wedges and the chef’s fresh vegetables. Holiday bananas Foster will be served for dessert.

Carve Prime Rib at Cannery Casino Hotel will serve a memorable, three-course holiday dinner on Saturday, December 24 and Sunday, December 25 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $34.99 per person. Diners will begin their meal with the choice of butternut squash soup or house salad. The main entrée options include filet Oscar, prime rib with shrimp scampi or a cranberry apple thick-cut pork chop. For dessert, guests can choose from the eggnog crème brûlée or molten chocolate cake. Reservations are recommended and can be made at https://www.opentable.com.

Cannery’s Victory’s Café will also offer a three-course holiday dinner on December 25 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $17.99 per person. Indulge in a holiday dinner salad or lentil soup. For the main entrée, guests can choose from the grilled New York steak and shrimp, or the brown sugar-baked ham, both served with butter-whipped potatoes and vegetable medley. A chocolate and vanilla cream Yule log cake with peppermint ice cream will be served for dessert. 

Redwood Steakhouse at the California Hotel and Casino will serve exquisite holiday dining experiences on December 24 and 25 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. while supplies last.

On Saturday, December 24, the holiday menu is $60 per person and includes a spinach salad with boiled eggs, hickory-smoked bacon, red onion, and warmed bacon dressing to start. The main entrée features a Kurobuta pork chop with sauteed apples, Bing cherries, baby bok choy, chive butter mashed potatoes and a honey butter sauce. A warm apple streusel with caramel sauce will be served for dessert.

On Sunday, December 25, Redwood Steakhouse will offer a three-course dinner menu, while supplies last, for $65 per person. The special includes a seafood bisque en croute soup with shrimp, scallops, sherry wine, cream, and phyllo crust. Diners can enjoy the Creekstone Farms fire-roasted garlic sage ribeye steak with bacon-wrapped asparagus and seasoned rosemary red potatoes. The dessert features a scrumptious red velvet cake. Redwood Steakhouse does not take reservations and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Court Café inside Jokers Wild Casino is offering a holiday dinner for $14.99 per person from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Holiday Ham Dinner Special menu includes a clove-studded baked ham with cherry glaze, buttery mashed potatoes and green beans.

Main Street Station Casino Brewery Hotel’s Garden Court eatery will serve a variety of holiday favorites on December 24 and 25 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $35 per person. Garden Court will offer a hand-carved prime rib station, fresh roasted ham and bacon-wrapped stuffed pork loin and honey maple-glazed salmon. Additional options include pumpkin bisque, green bean casserole, Yule log cake, pumpkin pie, and more holiday favorites.

Garden Court will also offer a variety of delicious dining options on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. On Saturday, December 31, for $52 per person between 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Garden Court will offer options like hand-carved prime rib, herb-crusted pork loin, oysters on the half shell, sushi and sashimi plates, osso buco, crème brûlée and other scrumptious selections. Diners ages 21 and older will also receive a glass of champagne.

Kicking off the first day of the new year, January 1, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Garden Court diners can start 2023 with a variety of tasty options including baked ham with brown sugar and mustard glaze, smoke pork loin, citrus and tea-glazed duck legs, classic eggs benedict, a pancake station with fresh fruit, warm cinnamon rolls and other delectable delights to choose from. Enjoy the New Year’s Day options for $38.99 per person.
