LAS VEGAS —Expanding on a foundational 20-year community partnership, Boyd Gaming announced today that 10 restaurants at six of its properties across the valley will participate in Three Square Food Bank’s Las Vegas Restaurant Week, taking place Monday, June 1 through Friday, June 12.
Las Vegas Restaurant Week is an annual 12-day community-wide event where participating restaurants across Las Vegas serve prix fixe menus at price points ranging from $20 to $120. A fixed portion of each meal is donated to Three Square – Southern Nevada’s only food bank and largest hunger-relief organization – to help the one in six Southern Nevadans facing hunger, including more than 113,000 children.

Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa
MRKT Sea & Land is offering a four-course dinner menu for $80, with $6 from each meal sold donated to Three Square. For the main course, diners will have a choice of:
- A ribeye filet complete with asparagus, potato puree and red wine reduction.
- Salmon with ancho-chili glaze, crispy brussels sprouts, potato puree, balsamic glaze and lemon butter.
- Chicken with garlic and tarragon bechamel, rosemary marble potatoes, broccolini and parmesan.
Trattoria 57 is offering a four-course dinner menu for $60, with $4 from each meal sold donated to Three Square. For the main course, restaurant-goers have the choice of:
- Veal piccata with sauteed veal cutlets, lemon caper butter sauce and roasted potatoes.
- Chicken parmesan complete with breaded chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, basil and fettuccine alfredo.
- Clams and linguini with little neck clams, linguini, clam broth, white wine and parsley.
Cannery Casino Hotel
Carve Prime Rib is offering a three-course dinner for $50 and $4 from each meal will be donated to Three Square. Options for the main course include:
- Pacific red snapper that is pan-seared with sauteed rainbow chard and Vidalia onion soubise.
- Chicken Mari Feta with lightly breaded chicken breast served over penne pasta, marinara sauce and melted feta cheese.
- Charbroiled steak frites complete with charbroiled center cut steak finished with house herb butter and served with sweet potato fries and a balsamic drizzle.
- Eight-ounce English cut prime rib that is slow roasted and served with whipped potatoes, chef’s fresh vegetables, rich au jus and creamy horseradish.
Gold Coast Hotel & Casino
Charter 75 Modern Kitchen is offering a three-course dinner for $50 and $4 from each meal will be donated to Three Square. Main course options include:
- Guiness braised beef short ribs with root vegetables, mashed potatoes and horseradish cream.
- Fish and chips with beer-battered cod, slaw, waffle-cut fries and tartar sauce.
Cornerstone Steakhouse offers up a three-course dinner for $80 and $6 from each meal will be donated. Main course options include:
- Pan seared halibut that is butter-basted with wilted baby spinach, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and lemon butter cream sauce.
- Eight-ounce filet mignon.
- Chicken breast piccata with crimini mushrooms, pappardelle pasta, capers and lemon cream sauce.
The Orleans Hotel & Casino
Alder & Birch Steakhouse offers a three-course dinner for $80, with $6 from each meal sold being donated. Main course options include:
- Alder planked salmon with chimichurri.
- Braised short rib with cream potatoes and red wine demi-glaze.
- Six-ounce petite filet.
Bailiwick is offering a three-course dinner for $60, with $4 from each meal donated to Three Square. Options for the main course are:
- Back Woods baby back ribs complete with a half rack of hickory salt dry rub baby back ribs, corn on the cobb, fries and house barbecue sauce.
- Blackened salmon with roasted corn relish, penne and Cajun cream sauce.
Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall
The Angry Butcher Steakhouse is offering a three-course dinner for $70 and $6 from each meal donated to Three Square. For the main course, diners will enjoy a 12-ounce New York sirloin with Angry Butcher’s signature dry brine and seared 1,800 degrees with duck fat and a side of roasted heirloom potatoes.
uncoast Hotel & Casino
90 Ninety Bar + Grill will serve a three-course dinner for $30 and $4 from each meal sold will be donated. Main course options include:
- Half rack of ribs with house-made slaw and crispy fries.
- Stardust chicken that is pan-seared, honey chicken breast, sliced mushrooms, bacon, jack cheese, asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes.
- Smash burger – onion overload inclusive of two patties, melted American cheese, ninety-ninety sauce, caramelized onions, pickles and bacon on martin’s potato bun.
William B’s Steakhouse is offering a three-course dinner for $80, with $6 per meal donated. Main course options include:
- Chilean sea bass with wild mushroom risotto and truffle cream sauce.
- Braised short rib with Chianti wine sauce, mascarpone polenta and crisp onion rings.
- Eight-ounce petite filet center cut from Creekstone Farms.
