Boyd Gaming Rings In 2025 With Valley-Wide Dining Specials

  • Aperitif: glass of Crémant D’Alsace Brut Rose Sparkling Wine
  • First course options: baked crab stuffed shrimp or pan seared jumbo diver sea scallops

Garden Court welcomes the New Year with menu highlights such as beef tenderloin, carved ham, truffled cream gnocchi, citrus poached salmon, surf and turf fajitas, beef birria and more.

  • Aperitif: smoked salmon, chive crème fraiche, kulga caviar crostini alongside a glass of Gambino Prosecco Cuvee
  • Starter options: seafood bisque with Maine lobster, lump crab, light cream, aged cognac and puff pastry crust or butter leaf salad topped with pomegranate, heirloom apples, candied walnuts and raspberry saffron dressing
  • Entrées: filet mignon and lobster served with Yukon mashed potatoes and oven roasted broccolini
  • Dessert: baked Alaska consisting of velvety ice cream wrapped in layered sponge cake and encased in golden toasted meringue
