ELK GROVE, Calif. (September 6, 2024) – A proud and continuing Visit Sacramento and Farm- to-Fork partner, Sky River Casino is excited to announce that Executive Chef Peter DiCorti will provide mouth-watering desserts for diners during the 11th Annual Tower Bridge Dinner on September 8, 2024.

Sky River Casino’s specially created dessert menu for the sold-out Tower Bridge Dinner includes the following sweet treats:

• Driscoll Blackberry and Ghirardelli White Chocolate Ice Cream
• Eco-Delight Mocha and Bremner Farms Almond Ice Cream
• Fresh Made Waffle Cones

DiCorti has been with Sky River Casino in Elk Grove as Executive Chef since its opening in August 2022, and oversees the culinary offerings for 18 elevated restaurants, bars and lounges. After starting his journey at the renowned Culinary Institute of America, DiCorti has been cooking for more than 25 years. He is passionate about high-end cuisine while taking cues from local cuisines as well as traditional French and Italian cooking styles.

DiCorti joins other premier chefs throughout the region who will treat diners to delicious desserts for the 2024 Tower Bridge Dinner, including Bennyjann Peneyra (Barkada), Carissa Jones (Les Dames Escoffier), Ginger Elizabeth Hahn (Ginger Elizabeth Chocolates), J Jordan (Brown Rice Bakery), Jaime Mack (SpiderMonkey’s Dessert Studio), Julian Perrigo-Jimenez (Julian’s Patisserie), Justine & Candice Cabanilla (Sugar Sweetery), Merebeth “Meb” Bajar (Ettores), and Sara Jennings (Paragary’s).
