OPELOUSAS— Evangeline Downs Racetrack Casino Hotel looks to welcome Infusion, a fast-casual restaurant to its portfolio, on Thursday, November 30. With an already diverse array of restaurants to draw from, Infusion will suit any taste with its attractive price-point and casual menu for guests of all ages.
Located on the east side of the casino near the high limit area, Infusion will offer quality guest service whether you are on-the-go or looking to grab a table in a relaxed, leisurely atmosphere. The sizable menu boasts specialty burgers, like the Spicy Burger with melted pepper jack, fried jalapenos and chipotle mayo, house-made salads, quick bites such as Fried Pickles served with jalapeno ranch or Crispy Chicken Tenders, as well as items to grab and go.
In addition to the full regular menu, the restaurant will offer scheduled weekly specials to provide diners with familiar, yet fresh options. Guests can expect to enjoy comfort dishes, like Red Beans and Rice, Jambalaya, and Chicken and Dumplings. Specialty menu items are also available and include the Shrimp or Fish Po-boy and Fried or Voodoo Shrimp Tacos.
Infusion will open Sunday through Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight.
