BILOXI— IP Casino Resort Spa is proud to recognize its latest winners of Team Member of the Month for July. Team members were nominated by their colleagues for their outstanding service and teamwork, and for going above and beyond their daily tasks.
Front of House Team Members of the Month for July:
Tom McGraw, Massage Therapist at Senses Spa & Salon, was nominated by the Spa Management Team. “Tom joined our team a year ago and is one of the most amazing massage therapists we have had on our team,” the team shared. “He always goes above and beyond for his clients and is always helping co-workers in all areas of the Spa. Tom shows up every day with a positive attitude which helps boost fellow co-workers.”
Donna Elliott, Guest Room Attendant, was nominated by Housekeeping Shift Manager, Meshia Newsome. “Donna is very quiet; however, her work speaks volumes,” said Newsome. “Her rooms are always detailed and well maintained. Donna is truly a gem and deserves to be recognized for her hard work and continued commitment to being a great Boyd team member!”
Trevor Kelley, Hotel Custodian was nominated by Environmental Services Shift Manager, Emmanuel Bradley. “Trevor goes out of his way to ensure his team and our department are successful,” said Bradley. “He is always early to work and eager to help out anywhere and everywhere he can. He is very pleasant to work with and the epitome of a team player.”
Back of House Team Members of the Month for July:
Todd Phillips, Purchasing and Warehouse Receiver, was nominated by Warehouse Manager, Brandi Ingram. “Todd is a dependable hardworking member of the warehouse team,” said Ingram. “He is always here to help with whatever tasks we have going on throughout the day. We are proud to have Todd as part of our warehouse team.”
Michael McCoy, Jr., Convention Set-up Lead, was nominated by Food Administration Secretary, Danielle Davis. “Michael is very deserving of this recognition because he is very reliable, helpful and gets the job done,” said Davis. “He works quickly and efficiently, while also working smart and safely. Mike is a team player and a great example of what we need and want in a team member Lead.”
Sara Williams, Boyd Rewards Marketing Coordinator, was nominated by Marketing Manager, Daniel Guy and Human Resources Secretary, Tracy Finerman. “Sara has shown herself to be a great asset to this team and the company,” said Finerman. “Sara has performed exceptionally well under pressure and tight deadlines. She has done an amazing job and is truly appreciated.”
