LAS VEGAS— Boyd Gaming destinations across the Las Vegas Valley will offer delicious menus and specials perfect for any Mother’s Day celebration on Sunday, May 14.

Bistro 57

Sunday, May 14 | 4 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Indulge in house made Italian favorites and signature offerings at Bistro 57 on Mother’s Day. The special features a mouth-watering, baked Alaskan halibut in a white cream sauce for $34 per person. Complete the meal with a selection from the array of popular wines by the glass or “dolci” to cure your sweet tooth.

Sunday, May 14 | 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Treat mom to comfort food classics this Mother’s Day at FARM. For $32.99 per person, enjoy a teriyaki seared salmon special with wild rice, asparagus, salad and a slice of carrot cake for dessert.

MRKT Sea & Land

Sunday, May 14 | 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Treat mom to fresh fare at Aliante’s MRKT this holiday. Dive into the seared sea bass en papillote special with carrot puree, fresh peas and couscous salad for $45 per person. Alongside the flavorful special, the fine dining restaurant will also serve their regular menu consisting of filet mignon, prime rib and the most sumptuous seafood in the business.

Redwood Steakhouse

The Cal’s Redwood Steakhouse offers a fine dining experience not to be missed for $75 per person. The three-course meal starts with a fresh burrata salad with burrata, blistered tomato, asparagus tips, arugula, chive blossom, and balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil dressing. The main entrée will feature the choice of lobster Newberg or petit filet with mushroom ragout, black truffle, micro kale and heirloom tomatoes. Conclude the celebration with strawberry ginger pound cake topped with lemon custard, candied lemon and ginger and pound cake croutons.

Indulge in the best prime rib and steaks around at fine dining destination, Carve Prime Rib. The three-course special includes your choice of soup or salad to start. For the main entrée, guests can enjoy an eight-ounce filet and seared scallops with duchess potatoes and seasonal vegetables on the side. Fresh berry butter cake with Chantilly cream will be served for dessert for $48 total per person.

Casually delicious, Victory’s Café will serve two decadent specials that are sure to fit the bill. Try the chicken cordon bleu with panko-crusted chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, rice pilaf and steamed broccoli or paella with saffron Spanish rice, chicken, sausage, mussels, clams and shrimp. Be sure to leave room for strawberry shortcake for dessert for $19.99 total per person.

Stop by Bailiwick for ever-expanding food and drink options in a fun, casual entertainment environment. In celebration of Mother’s Day, the eatery will offer a three-course meal for $48 per person. Guests can enjoy a very berry summer salad to start which includes spring mix, berries, mandarin oranges, candied walnuts, dried cranberries and raspberry vinaigrette. Fill up on airline seasoned chicken breast with broiled half cut lobster tail, roasted potatoes and ratatouille for your entrée. To conclude the meal, treat mom to creamy, tangy key lime pie.

Copper Whisk Café

Join us in the all-new Copper Whisk Café this holiday for $24 per person. The meal begins with a house salad and parmesan crusted salmon served over saffron rice, lemon butter and green beans. Strawberry shortcake topped with fresh berries and Chantilly cream will be served for dessert.

As a starter, guests can enjoy a bramble berry spring salad with organic mixed greens, smoked bacon, feta cheese, seasonal berries and strawberry champagne vinaigrette. The main entrée will feature surf & turf, which includes a seven-ounce barrel cut tenderloin with madeira sauce and sauteed gulf shrimp with dill beurre blanc, haricot verts and butter whipped potatoes. Finish off the meal with chocolate marble cake filled with Chambord infused bramble berry compote.

90 NINETY Bar + Grill

Sunday, May 14 | 4 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Fusing seasonal ingredients and modern flavors, 90 NINETY will feature tropical red snapper pan-fried with pineapple mango salsa, grilled gulf shrimp, lemon oil drizzle, sauteed garlic broccolini and butter whipped Yukon gold potatoes for $34. Their regular menu on will also be available on Mother’s Day.
