Boyd Gaming and its two Mississippi properties, IP Casino Resort Spa in Biloxi and Sam’s Town in Tunica, announced they will contribute $50,000 to the American Red Cross in support of ongoing relief efforts following the recent devastating tornadoes that struck Mississippi.
The $50,000 contribution will directly support the Red Cross in its efforts to provide shelter, food and health services to Mississippi residents who have been impacted by the storms.
“Boyd Gaming has been a proud part of the Mississippi community for nearly 30 years now, and we stand ready to help our neighbors and friends when they need us most,” said Vincent Schwartz, Senior Vice President of Operations for Boyd Gaming and General Manager of IP Casino Resort Spa. “We are proud to support the American Red Cross as they provide much-needed relief and assistance to our fellow Mississippians as they recover and rebuild from this terrible storm.”
