EAST PEORIA — Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino will debut it’s all new William B’s Steakhouse on Thursday, February 16. Named in honor of Boyd Gaming co-founder and Co-executive Chairman William “Bill” Boyd, William B’s Steakhouse will offer a relaxed and inviting dining space with an attractive price point for guests. Whether you’re a Par-A-Dice regular or have yet to visit the property, William B’s Steakhouse offers an exceptional experience for diners of all ages.
Conveniently located immediately inside the property’s main entrance, William B’s has a modern yet tasteful atmosphere. The space includes a stunning bar, cocktail area, main dining room, and a 14-seat private dining area. The restaurant’s design concept features traditional oversized booths in a shade of deep red, contrasted with contemporary walnut screens containing a mosaic of handmade glass inserts. All artwork was created specifically for William B’s to showcase plants, trees, and other vegetation native to the East Peoria terrain.
William B’s menu opens with a wide array of starters, soups, and salads, including one of our menu classics, Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp. Traditional steakhouse offerings such as a 16oz Boneless Ribeye and Baby Back Ribs are also featured, in addition to seafood selections like Atlantic Salmon, Crispy Fried Coconut Shrimp and pasta specialties such as Lasagna Al Forno. Pair your entrée with a variety of generously portioned side dishes and indulgent options such as Lobster Mac-N-Cheese and a Giant Baked Potato.
Guests can finish their meal with a selection from our mouth-watering dessert menu featuring Colossal Carrot Cake made for two and Molten Chocolate Lava Cake topped with vanilla ice cream. Offering an approachable menu, William B’s will provide recognizable favorites and family-friendly options to fit any desire and budget.
William B’s Steakhouse will open at 4 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday with the last seating at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday and 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
