Tuesday, February 14 | 5 p.m. to close
Fine dining destination MRKT will offer an exquisite Valentine’s Day dinner for two for $165. To start, diners can enjoy the king crab and sweet corn chowder vol-au-vent. The entrée is a filet mignon and lobster Newberg with cognac cream sauce and micro cilantro. Chocolate fondue will be served for dessert alongside an assortment of treats for dipping.

FARM will serve a savory Valentine’s Day special for $32.99 per person featuring a New York steak accompanied with shrimp scampi and a side of broccoli. The special also includes a garden salad to start and strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Kick off Valentine’s Day with an unforgettable, four course special for $75 per person. To start, guests can enjoy a stuffed wagyu beef meatball with fresh mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, fresh basil and tomato basil sauce. Couples can also choose from a lobster bisque or house salad. The Alder & Birch Trio will be served as the main entrée, featuring lamb lollipop with olive tapenade, shrimp scampi and a petit filet with mushroom ragu served with Boursin mashed potatoes and jardinière vegetables. End the meal with a Petit Four Sampler for dessert.
Bailiwick All American Pub + Eatery
Tuesday, February 14 | 4 p.m. – close
Dig into a delectable three-course dinner featuring a Bailiwick house salad and a special Land & Sea dish for two, featuring a petit filet, shrimp scampi, grilled vegetables and garlic fries. To conclude the meal, diners can delight in Assorted Chocolate Petit Fours for $80 total per couple. The meal will be served for walk-in diners only as reservations will not be served.

Cornerstone will offer a decadent Valentine’s Day dinner for $125 per couple featuring seared scallops with cherry tomatoes, cilantro honey and balsamic glaze to start. The main course is a Beef Wellington for two with fingerling potatoes, a winter vegetable medley and a red wine demi sauce. End the romantic evening with two complimentary glasses of select wine followed by a chocolate decadence lava cake served with two chocolate-dipped long-stemmed strawberries.

Fine dining restaurant, SC Prime will offer a Valentine’s Weekend Special for two with a sparkling wine toast, a baby spring mix salad and a special dessert. The main entrée features filet medallions served with creamy garlic shrimp, Dijon, mushrooms, brandy demi-glace, buttery mashed potatoes and vegetables for $132 per couple. In addition to the Weekend Special, SC Prime will serve its regular menu.

Nosh on an indulgent three-course, à la carte Valentine’s Weekend Menu featuring a grilled, 7-oz. filet and ginger garlic creamy shrimp served with peppercorn sauce, roasted bliss potatoes and micro mixed vegetables for $56.90. During this time, NINETY will also serve its regular menu.

The Angry Buter will offer three unforgettable dining options on Valentine’s Day, including:
True Love
Couples can enjoy the True Love menu for $99 per person. The menu includes a cocktail from The Angry Butcher’s “Libations List” or a glass of premium wine. For the starter, guests can choose from lobster chowder, French onion soup or a cleaver salad. The main entrée features a hand-selected tenderloin filet paired with a butter-broiled lobster tail, cavatappi mac and cheese and grilled jumbo asparagus. For dessert, lovers can enjoy flourless chocolate cake served with raspberry coulis and whipped cream.
Always Be Mine
The Always Be Mine menu is available for $89 per person. This menu option includes a cocktail from the “Libations List.” The meal will begin with the choice of a lobster chowder or cleaver salad. Hand-cut New York strip steak and crispy tempura shrimp will be served as the main course with butter-whipped mashed potatoes and the Chef’s fresh vegetable selection. The Chocolate Decadence consisting of a flourless chocolate cake with raspberry coulis and whipped cream will be served for dessert.
Yours Truly
Guests can experience the Yours Truly menu for $79 per person. Each diner will be served a glass of Gambino Sparkling Prosecco. As a starter, guests can choose from a lobster chowder or Angry Butcher house salad. The main entrée will feature hand-carved, Angry Butcher-cut prime rib served with butter-whipped mashed potatoes and the Chef’s fresh vegetable selection. For dessert, couples can delight in dark chocolate crème brûlée served with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.

Redwood will offer a lavish, three-course Valentine’s Day experience for two for $150 per couple. The meal will begin with a sweetheart’s salad with mixed organic greens, dried Midwestern cherries, shaved apples, candied pecans, gorgonzola cheese and raspberry vinaigrette. The main course is filet mignon and shrimp scampi for two, featuring a pan-seared, center-cut tenderloin and large, cold-water prawns with garlic-roasted peewee potatoes, blistered asparagus and béarnaise sauce. To end the memorable dinner, couples will be served the Chef’s Special Valentine’s Dessert Sampler Plate of sweets and treats.

Known as Las Vegas’ best barbecue, Tony Roma’s will serve a Valentine’s Day couples special featuring a wide variety of award-winning dishes. For $65, couples can enjoy Tony’s BBQ Trio Sampler consisting of two quarter-racks of baby back ribs served with original sauce, fries and coleslaw. Diners also have a choice of two items between the barbeque ribs, barbeque pulled pork or grilled smoked sausage for a meal full of flavor. Two glasses of the house wine and a sharable crispy brownie bite sundae is included with the meal.
