LAS VEGAS—Boyd Gaming properties across southern Nevada awarded multiple jackpots of $10,000 or more in August at Fremont, Cannery, Suncoast, California, Gold Coast, The Orleans, Sam’s Town, Aliante and Main Street Station.
In all, more than $30 million in jackpots was awarded last month, including:
- Harold started off the month with a $15,000 jackpot playing a Double 10 Times Pay machine downtown at Fremont Hotel and Casino on August 1.
- On August 2, a guest at Cannery Casino Hotel took home a more than $12,500 payday playing Lightning Link.
- A Suncoast Hotel and Casino guest scored a $10,000 jackpot on a 5-Play Triple Double Bonus Poker machine.
- At California Hotel and Casino on August 7, a lucky guest from Hawaii won a more than $10,000 jackpot playing a Lucky Envelope machine.
- On August 8, a lucky guest at Gold Coast Hotel and Casino hit the Pai Gow 5 Aces Progressive Jackpot to win more than $21,000, along with an additional $2,000 on the Fortune Bonus.
- At Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall, a guest won a $10,000 jackpot playing a Double 10 Times Pay machine on August 9.
- On August 11, Boyd Rewards member Drew was playing IGT’s Five Play Game at a $5 denomination. After placing a $125 bet, Drew hit a dealt royal flush, receiving the jackpot of $100,000 and making his visit to Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa an unforgettable one.
- Jose was playing a Lighting Link machine at Cannery on August 13 when he walked away with a more than $14,000 payday.
- A guest at Suncoast was playing a Fortune Foo machine and won a more than $14,000 jackpot on August 14.
- On August 20, Julius was playing Lightning Link at Aliante when he won a more than $11,000 jackpot.
- A guest at Gold Coast placed an $8.80 bet on a Lucky Envelope machine and walked away with a more than $10,500 payday on August 22. Another guest won a more than $14,000 jackpot from a $1.50 bet on a Huff ‘n Puff machine at The Orleans Hotel and Casino.
- A lucky Hawaiian guest took home a more than $153,000 jackpot playing a Double Diamond slot machine at Fremont August 25.
- On August 26, Maria won a more than $12,500 jackpot at Aliante playing a Dancing Drums machine.
- At Fremont on August 29, a Hawaiian guest won a more than $20,000 payday off a royal flush on a multi-game Game King machine. That same day, a lucky local was playing a Double Double Bonus Poker machine at Main Street Station Casino Brewery Hotel and won a more than $12,000 jackpot.
- A guest playing a Keno machine won a more than $12,000 jackpot at Suncoast on August 30.
