LAS VEGAS —Suncoast Hotel & Casino today announced that DuPar’s Restaurant & Bakery has reopened featuring an all new menu, following a complete remodel aimed at paying homage to the restaurant’s storied past.
Reimagined with vintage flair and modern comfort, the restaurant’s new look channels the charm of classic 1930s diners. The interior features a bold burgundy, black and white color palette, complemented by channel-tufted booth-work and a curated collection of art and historic DuPar’s photography that celebrates the legacy of the beloved eatery.
With the remodel, DuPar’s is now fully enclosed from the casino floor, offering a more intimate dining experience.
Although the restaurant has an all-new look and feel, guests can expect the same house-made quality and generous portions that have defined DuPar’s since 1938. Signature menu items include the “Tiny’s Patty Melt,” served on butter-grilled rye with caramelized onions and melted Swiss cheese; and the “Ultimate Lox Sandwich,” featuring smoked salmon, chive cream cheese and fresh vegetables on a toasted bagel.
Other highlights include hearty entrees like the oven-roasted turkey with house-made herb dressing and cranberry sauce, and the country-fried New York steak with buttery mashed potatoes and country gravy. For lighter fare, guests can enjoy entrée salads such as the Chinese Chicken Salad with mandarin oranges, wonton strips and a sesame-chinois dressing.
And, of course, no visit to DuPar’s would be complete without a serving of its Legendary Buttermilk Pancakes, hailed by Esquire Magazine as the “Best Pancakes in the U.S.”
DuPar’s at Suncoast is open daily, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a full beverage menu that includes fresh-squeezed juices, cocktails and all-you-can-drink mimosas.
The reopening of Du-Par’s marks another milestone in the comprehensive transformation of Suncoast Hotel & Casino—a multi-phase renovation initiative that began in late 2023. This revitalization effort has already introduced guests to an all-new Bingo Room, the debut of William B’s Steakhouse and a refreshed Sportsbook.
