Rodney Carrington Brings Signature Comedy to Kansas Star Arena December 13 — Tickets Available August 15

MULVANE— Iconic comedian, singer and actor Rodney Carrington will bring his dynamic act to the Kansas Star Arena on Saturday, Dec. 13.

A platinum-selling recording artist, Rodney has released eight acclaimed comedy albums under major labels, followed by three more on his own imprint, Laughter's Good Records. He burst onto the national comedy stage with his breakout debut “Hangin' With Rodney” in 1998—an album that cemented his place as a comedic force and launched a career marked by sharp wit and enduring appeal.

Rodney continues to expand his creative footprint, recently adding “author” to his list of accomplishments with the release of his book “Rodney Carrington, Coming Clean,” published by Hachette Books.

A true entertainment powerhouse, Rodney has made his mark across television, film, music and comedy. He starred in his own sitcom “Rodney,” which aired for two seasons on ABC, and co-wrote and co-starred alongside Toby Keith in the feature film “Beer for My Horses” — a project that earned the Tex Ritter Award from the Academy of Country Music.

Rodney’s stand-up comedy has reached millions, including through his Netflix special “Here Comes the Truth.” He’s also a familiar face on television, having appeared on numerous shows such as the American Country Awards and FOX’s “American Country New Year’s Eve Live.” His comedic talents even earned him “Supporting Character of the Year” at the CMT Music Video Awards for his role in Trace Adkins’ hit video “I Got My Game On.”

Showtime is 8 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 15 and start at $60 plus taxes and fees. Tickets can be purchased online at www.kansasstar.boydgaming.com/entertain/kansas-star-arena.
