LAS VEGAS — 90 Ninety Bar + Grill at Suncoast Hotel & Casino is giving customers delicious new reasons to visit with the launch of a new restaurant menu.
New sharable offerings include sizzling rock shrimp, seared with garlic, Cajun spice and avocado lime crema, and crispy bourbon bacon fried brussels sprouts tossed in a bourbon bacon glaze, with pecorino Romano cheese and fresh herbs.
Also new to the menu are the double patty smashburgers, featuring twin patties and melted American cheese. Choose from a classic, with ninety-ninety sauce, pickles, shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion and a Martin’s Potato Bun, or an onion overload, which adds caramelized onions and bacon in place of lettuce and tomatoes.
Mix and match tacos served on corn tortillas have been added, with your choice of citrus carne asada, featuring grilled steak marinated in citrus and tequila and topped with pickled jalapeño, red onion, citrus-lime crema and cilantro, or chipotle-braised chicken, topped with pickled jalapeño and red onion, chipotle aioli and cilantro.
The sandwich menu expands with the addition of the gouda steak stack, featuring blackened sliced New York strip steak, grilled peppers, onions, smoked gouda, wild baby arugula on a toasted ciabatta; and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, featuring crispy fried chicken dipped in fiery Nashville hot sauce, with pickles, creamy coleslaw and spicy aioli on a potato bun.
