California Hotel & Casino Announces the Return of California Noodle House with An All-New Menu

LAS VEGAS Downtown Las Vegas’ California Hotel & Casino welcomes California Noodle House back to its dining portfolio. The restaurant is returning with a refreshed menu highlighting a collection of Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese dishes with local Hawaii flair.

Facing into the casino, California Noodle House’s front façade of glass is welcoming and exquisite. True to the California’s spirit, an overall feel of “Ohana” welcomes guests into the open and relaxing environment. The décor features paper lanterns, luxurious textures on the booths and walls and abstract art placed tastefully around the space.

A refreshed menu still includes previous fan favorites like the Oxtail Fried Rice with egg, garlic, onion, cabbage, green onion and soy glaze; Grilled Kalbi; and Pork Pot Stickers with carrot, onion, ginger and ponzu dipping sauce.

New specialty items include California Noodle House’s Oxtail Stew inspired by Market Street Café’s “World Famous Oxtail Soup.” This delectable dish offers a twist on the traditional soup with savory beef and tomato gravy, braised oxtails, potatoes, carrots and celery, all served alongside steamed rice. Other classic island style dishes include the Crispy Fried Pork Chops; Spicy Garlic Chicken; and Tonkotsu ramen with chasu pork and pork broth or Shoyu Chicken ramen with braised chicken and shoyu chicken broth, both prepared with enoki mushrooms, green onions and a shoyu cured egg.

California Noodle House is open for dinner Tuesday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday until 10 p.m.
